What happens after Open Beta ends on 31 Aug 2026?
Monthly pricing will rise to £19.99/month for new subscribers. If you're already subscribed before Open Beta ends and keep your subscription continuously active (no cancellation, no payment failure lasting over 7 days), your price is locked through 31 August 2027. After that, we'll give you at least 60 days' email notice before any change.
I redeemed a Beta code. Can I still buy Annual and lock in the Open Beta price?
Yes — and we recommend it if you want the £99.99 Annual price guaranteed. At checkout Stripe records your Annual subscription today but does not charge you until your Beta Premium expires. Your Beta days run in full. On the day Beta ends, the first £99.99 is taken and the 12-month paid term begins. You can cancel any time during the Beta window — you pay £0.
What if I change my mind during the Beta trial?
While your Beta Premium is active, cancel the queued Annual plan from the billing portal with no charge. You keep Premium access until your Beta end-date either way. After the first payment is taken, the same 14-day goodwill window in our Refund Policy applies as for a normal Annual purchase.
Can I switch between Monthly and Annual?
Yes. Use the billing portal from your dashboard — Stripe handles pro-rated charges automatically.
What if I cancel my Annual plan?
Annual subscribers confirm at checkout that they want immediate access and understand that this means losing their 14-day statutory cancellation right under CCRs 2013. If you cancel within the first 14 days of the paid term, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rated goodwill refund in line with our Refund Policy. Outside the 14-day window the annual fee is non-refundable but you can turn off auto-renewal from the Customer Portal at any time.
Can I cancel the Monthly plan anytime?
Yes — cancel from the billing portal. You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe's secure hosted checkout. Prices are in GBP and no VAT is added at checkout.
