Referral Program Terms

Our referral program lets you earn free Premium access by inviting friends to use Study. These terms explain how it works, when rewards are granted, and the rules we apply to keep the program fair. By using your referral link you agree to these terms.

How it works

  1. Every Study account automatically gets a unique referral link.
  2. You share that link with a friend.
  3. Your friend creates a new Study account using Google sign-in via your link, and starts studying.
  4. When your friend reaches the qualifying activity below, both you and your friend automatically receive 30 days of Premium added to your accounts.

What counts as a qualifying referral

To unlock the reward, the friend you referred must:

  • Be a brand-new Study user (not someone who already has, or has ever had, a paid Premium subscription).
  • Sign in with a verified Google account.
  • Wait at least 24 hours after creating their account before the reward can unlock.
  • Answer at least 10 questions in Study.
  • Be active on at least 2 different calendar days (UTC). Studying twice in one day counts as one day, not two — your friend must come back on a separate day.

All five conditions must be met. The reward is granted automatically when the last condition clicks into place — usually within a few seconds of your friend answering their qualifying question.

Your reward

  • You and your friend each receive 30 days of Premium.
  • If you are already on Premium, the 30 days are added on top of your existing expiry date.
  • If you are on the Free plan, your account becomes Premium for 30 days, then automatically returns to Free unless you have an active paid subscription.
  • The reward is a free service credit. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

When your reward becomes visible

We try to activate your reward instantly when it unlocks. In most cases, you will see Premium appear in your dashboard within seconds without needing to do anything. If for any reason your signed-in session does not refresh automatically, signing out and back in will activate it.

Limits

  • You can earn rewards for up to 20 qualifying referrals every 30 days.
  • Each new user can be referred only once. The first valid referral link they use is the one we credit.
  • Each Study account can be the recipient of only one referral, ever. You cannot refer someone who is already a Study user.

What is not allowed

We may deny or revoke rewards for referrals that show signs of fraud or abuse, including (but not limited to):

  • Self-referral — creating a second account to refer yourself.
  • Accounts created using temporary, disposable, or aliased email services.
  • Accounts that show automation patterns (for example, answering questions impossibly fast).
  • Multiple accounts created by the same person.
  • Buying, selling, or paying for referral sign-ups.
  • Posting your link on coupon-aggregation sites or “free Premium” forums.
  • Any other behaviour that, in our reasonable judgement, is intended to game the program.

Some referrals trigger an automatic review. If a referral is held for review and no further red flags appear, it is automatically approved within 3 days. If a referral is rejected for fraud, we will not notify the referee, and the referrer will simply not see the reward. If you believe a legitimate referral was wrongly denied, contact us at support@smartaisolution.co.uk and we will review your case.

Privacy

To run this program we record who referred whom, the date of each referral, the qualifying activity counts, and basic technical signals (such as IP address and browser at sign-up) used to detect fraud. This data is stored with your account and is visible to our support staff when investigating disputes. It is not shared with third parties except where required by law. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time as we tune the program. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to referrals that have already been initiated.
