Quick answers about inviting friends and earning free Premium. For the binding rules, see the full Referral Terms.
Where do I find my referral link?
It's on your dashboard, inside the purple “Get 30 days Premium free” card. You can copy it, share it on WhatsApp, or use your phone's native share menu.
What does my friend need to do?
They need to click your link, sign in with Google, wait until their account is at least 24 hours old, answer 10 questions, and study on 2 different days.
The 2-day rule means they have to come back on a separate day — answering 50 questions in one afternoon still counts as one day. This keeps the program for real students, not quick sign-ups to claim the reward.
When do we get our Premium?
As soon as your friend meets all the conditions above, we automatically grant 30 days of Premium to both of you. You should see Premium activate in your dashboard instantly. If for some reason it doesn't show up, sign out and sign back in.
I already pay for Premium — does it stack?
Yes. The 30 days are added on top of your current expiry date. If you currently expire on 1 May, a referral reward will push you to 31 May.
My friend signed up but my reward isn't showing?
Check your dashboard card — there's a progress bar under each pending friend showing how many questions they've answered and how many distinct days they've been active. The reward only unlocks when both numbers hit the targets.
If the progress is full but you still don't see Premium, sign out and back in. If that doesn't fix it, email us at support@smartaisolution.co.uk.
Can I refer myself with a second account?
No. We detect self-referrals (same email, same device, same browser) and reject them automatically. Don't bother — it just wastes everyone's time and may get your main account flagged.
How many friends can I refer?
Up to 20 qualifying referrals every 30 days. There's no lifetime cap — refer another 20 next month.
My friend was rejected. Why?
Common reasons: they were already a Premium user before, the sign-up looked like automation, or our fraud signals flagged the referral as suspicious. If you think it was a legitimate referral, email us with both account emails and we'll review it.
What if I share my link in a Discord / WhatsApp group?
Sharing with friends or classmates is fine. Posting on public coupon sites or “free Premium” forums is not — those signups will be flagged and rejected, and may affect future rewards on your account.
