Contact & support

Real humans, working from the UK. The fastest way to reach us is below.

Email — the preferred channel

Use support@smartaisolution.co.uk for:

  • Refund requests (we need a written audit trail under UK GDPR)
  • Account access issues
  • Bug reports
  • Privacy / data-deletion requests
  • Any question that needs a paper trail

WhatsApp — for quick questions

Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7547 160585. Best for “is this a known issue?” type questions, or if email feels heavy. Don't send sensitive info this way (passwords, anything you wouldn't want on a phone).

How fast will you reply?

  • Email: within 1-2 working days during Open Beta. We aim for same-day where possible.
  • WhatsApp: usually within a few hours during UK working hours (9am-6pm GMT/BST).
  • Refund requests: processed within 5 working days of receiving the request, then Stripe takes another 5-10 days to land on your card.

What to include in your email

To make our reply faster, include:

  • The email address you used to sign in (so we can find your account)
  • What you tried, what you expected, what actually happened
  • For billing issues: the date and amount of the charge, plus the last 4 digits of the card if known
  • For wrong-answer reports: it's easier if you use the in-app “Report this question” link — it captures the question context for us automatically

What we don't cover

We can't help with:

  • Exam-content tutoring — we provide questions and AI explanations, but one-to-one teaching isn't our service.
  • Password resets — we use Google sign-in, so password problems are a Google account issue. Reset at accounts.google.com/signin/recovery.
  • Exam entries — your school or college handles exam entries; we're a revision tool.

Found a security issue?

Please report it privately to support@smartaisolution.co.uk with “SECURITY” in the subject line. We'll acknowledge within 1 working day, give you a public credit if you want one, and ask you not to publicise the issue until we've fixed it. We don't currently run a paid bug-bounty programme but we owe you our thanks.
